WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Okay, so it's pretty simple. This type of order is usually also in place when there is a high demand for an item and we have made it available for pre-order, so that you can request your size in plenty of time before an event.
As a rough guideline, a minimum timeframe is 10-13 business days to process, after which your chosen shipping method will be applied. Though we can often ship items sooner, it may take the full quoted time for items to be ready to process and ship. If you place an order with a combination of normal products and pre-order products, they will be shipped together via the chosen delivery method. All items are explicitly stated as being pre-order, where applicable, and therefore are not eligible to be cancelled. On occasion, pre-orders can take longer than the guideline above, and we may also face other unforeseeable circumstances whereby the product becomes unavailable and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Please see above for all guidelines and cut-offs. Next day delivery dispatch options usually apply to business days Mon-Fri and exclude Bank Holidays. This means orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will typically arrive Tuesday.

For the best delivery satisfaction, we have opted for all packages to be sent tracked, so that you have peace of mind on where your package is at all times!
